We can only accept a return/exchange of our products that are in new condition and unused within 14 days of purchase. Our products cannot be previously used, nor have any odours, stains, marks or holes. All items will be checked on return for these elements.
If your product is defected in any way, we will send you out a replacement with all expenses covered by us.
For standard returns and exchanges, shipping expenses are at the customer's expense.
